The Somatic Rest and Release Circle is a gentle, restorative group experience designed for anyone seeking emotional, spiritual, and physical relief through Jesus-centered connection. This is a sacred space to safely discharge the stress and tension your body holds, surrounded by a supportive community.

What to Expect in the Circle
Every session is focused on creating a container of safety so your nervous system can finally drop its defenses and heal. The 60-minute experience flows through three key phases:
- Holy Spirit-Led Grounding: We begin with prayer, breathwork, and gentle, intentional movements to anchor your mind and body in the present moment.
- Deep Energetic Rest: We move into stillness, allowing your body to transition into a time of profound energetic rest. This is when your physiology finds the space to truly relax.
- Safe Somatic Release: In this secure, non-judgmental environment, you are guided to allow the safe, natural release of emotional and energetic tension (somatic discharge) through involuntary movements like trembling, yawns, or deep sighs.
