Paint and Flow

Paint and Flow: Creative Healing for the Soul

Saturday mornings are made for slowing down, letting go of the week, and allowing the Holy Spirit’s creative current to flow through you. Paint and Flow is not a typical paint party; it is a gentle, inspiring space dedicated to helping you intentionally connect with yourself, ease nervous system tension, and discover the joy of making something with your hands in a supportive atmosphere.

This class is a beautiful complement to your Somatic-Spiritual journey, helping you access a state of flow where the mind rests and the spirit speaks.

We meet every third Saturday of the month to enter this intentional, creative pause. Each session is structured to maximize relaxation and confidence:

  1. Settling In: We begin with a short time of grounding and centering to leave the week’s tension behind.
  2. Guided Acrylic Painting: We dive into a guided acrylic painting on a 16×20 canvas. Step by step, you’ll learn how to build your painting with confidence, while also leaving space for your own unique style to shine through.
  3. Finished Canvas & Creative Connection: You will leave each class with a finished canvas that reflects your creativity and the spiritual theme of the month.

Paint and Flow is about more than just painting. It is about giving yourself time to relax, connect with your creative spirit, and anchor yourself in a theme of spiritual significance.

Where: Kalina Art Studio (Downtown Papillion area).

This month we’ll create a rustic still life inspired by Harvesting Gratitude. Pumpkins, candles, and leaves will come together on canvas as a visual, tangible reminder to pause and notice life’s blessings.

Step into the stillness of winter as we paint a peaceful night scene. Snowy hills and a radiant star will guide our brushstrokes, reminding us of the Light in the Darkness and the peace that shines through stillness.
