Slow Down. Breathe Deeply. Create Space for the Divine.
Welcome the return of Mindful Art Journaling at Kalina Art Studio! This class is a beautiful, gentle way to intentionally slow down, connect with God, and nurture your spirit through creative expression.
It’s not about being “artistic” or chasing perfection. It’s about opening your heart, listening, and allowing color, imagery, and words to become a personal conversation with Jesus.

What to Expect in Class
We gather for two dedicated hours to begin a brand-new mini art journal, inspired by that month’s theme.
- Grounding in God’s Presence: We start with a brief, centering meditation to focus our attention and welcome the Holy Spirit into our creative process.
- Creating Together: We then move into a guided, intentional creation time.
- Foundation for the Month: By the end of class, you will have the foundation of your monthly journal ready to take home, giving you space and time to continue filling the pages throughout the month.

Every month is a fresh start! You don’t need prior experience or materials—just come ready to create, reflect, and connect more deeply.

No prior experience is needed. All materials are provided, and you are welcome just as you are.
